We create a high-quality property listing and advertise your apartment on the most important real estate portals. Our specialization in new construction projects allows us to reach suitable prospective buyers.

Pre-selection of tenants

Before you receive any suggestions, we systematically vet all applicants. Our founder, Dennis Nenner, has over 14 years of experience in the staffing industry and has selected thousands of candidates for companies. We apply this recruiting principle to the rental sector – you receive a pre-selection of vetted and suitable candidates.

Step 3

Decision & Contract Conclusion

You will receive a selection of vetted prospective tenants and decide who rents your apartment.

We will support you in the final coordination process up to the signing of the rental agreement.

Register apartment

Teile uns kurz mit, welche Wohnung Dir gehört. Das Neubauprojekt kennen wir meist bereits – wir benötigen nur wenige Angaben zu Deiner Einheit. Danach übernehmen wir den Rest.

We will handle your apartment handover from the developer for €199 including VAT.

Lease agreement preparation

We will draw up a rental agreement for you for €89 including VAT.

Apartment handover

The handover of the apartment to your new tenant costs €149 including VAT.

Property management

Property management fee: 5% of the gross rent including utilities, but at least €70 including VAT.

A commission is only payable upon successful rental .

After registering, you will automatically receive an email from us containing:

  • a checklist of the information we need for the rental

  • Instructions on how to best submit your apartment details to us

  • our brokerage agreement for transparent commissioning

As soon as we receive your documents, we will start marketing immediately.
